Weird summon bug.

Today I went at Orfen with my party and like usually cover went first and summoned us there. Everything was ok as expected, but after this last summon 3 chars got bugged.
My char: Tiamy, Bubbles and Gualia.
The problem is that they can't be summoned. Everywhere those 3 chars are it's always saying that you are a zone which doesn't allow summoning.
This really needs a fix.

Get out of the bubble and u can summon them out of that zone.

so you where on a boss zone as i expected try get off the boss zone and summon them.. as retail got a restriction on boss zones to be summoned

Problem fixed when server restarted last night.

As you know we checked this together.
Unfortunatelly we had to complete the updates in order to make the changes.
As you informed me in game problem fixed after Restart I made last night.
